            Rental Fees & Reservations

The Lodge is available throughout the year and is perfect for anyone looking for a rustic getaway or holding an event in the mountains (Weddings, Reunions, Parties, etc.). 100% of the rental fees cover operational and maintenance costs for the Lodge. These fees ensure the Lodge will be available for future generations.

Rental Fee and Reservations:

The rental rates of the Lodge are shown on the WMCF website via a link to Vacation Rental by Owner (VRBO).  The rates on the VRBO listing have been set and approved by the Wasatch Mountain Club Foundation’s Board of Directors and all rates are subject to change.  Rates shown on other website(s), other social Medias or printed materials, shall not be recognized as the official and current rate(s).  Furthermore, all rates are subject to change until the reservation is made and confirmed.

The standard Check-in time is 1:00 PM. And the Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Day use of the lodge is considered a special offering and will need the approval of the Board of Directors.  These “Special Offering” will be made, from time to time, for day use of the lodge for limited time periods.  Typical day use of the lodge would only be for use of the main floor of the building and limited to an 8 hour period of time (for example, 11:00AM until 7:00 PM).  These offerings would only be available from Mid-June through the first of September, Monday through Thursday.  Please contact us via phone or email for request for information and reservations  of the lodge. 


The current reservation deposit of $250.00, which is necessary for the reservation of the facility for the dates you have chosen, is also held as a cleaning deposit once the building is occupied.  The reservation/cleaning deposit will not be refunded, if the reservation is canceled greater than 30 days in advance of the reservation date.  If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the date of the reservation, then 100% of the rental fee will be forfeited, but the deposit will be returned.  We make no promises for finding a replacement for your reservation.  A refund for the rental fee will only be discussed and credited to your credit card account if and when a replacement is found.
